Know your rights when dealing with ICBC

FACT: ICBC will try any possible way to SCREW you of your benefits, when you are involved in a car accident, even if its not your fault. If you are at fault, you are out of luck.

ICBC employees are only Insurers, NOT Police, NOT the Government, therefore they don’t have any rights to know your personal information such as your employer, your income, your Cell Phone number etc.

If ICBC is being difficult in settling your claim, don’t make their life easy. If personal information is absolutely necessary for your claim, they can go to court and get a warrant for your information
